These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the paca91 platform. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
The sections below summarize the most important aspects of paca91's terms. These highlights do not replace the full legal text — please read all clauses carefully.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and play on paca91. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
Each individual may hold exactly one registered account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any associated balances, including bonus funds.
All bonuses carry a minimum 30× wagering requirement on the bonus amount. Bonuses must be wagered within 14 days of crediting or they expire automatically.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits and withdrawals are available via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and all supported e-wallets.
Collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automated bots, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited. paca91 reserves the right to void bets and close accounts in breach of these terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which paca91 holds its international gaming license. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration under those rules.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:
2.1 To register and use the paca91 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

2.3 Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the platform complies with applicable local laws and regulations. paca91 makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Use of VPNs or other tools to circumvent geo-restrictions is carried out at the Player's sole risk and may result in account closure.
3.1 To access the full functionality of the paca91 platform, you must create a registered account. Registration requires the submission of accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details.
3.2 Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by name, date of birth, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or any other identifier — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, paca91 reserves the right to:
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. paca91 will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.
3.4 You must notify paca91 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized third party.
3.5 paca91 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, with or without cause, subject to returning any real-money balance to the Player upon completion of KYC verification.
4.1 paca91 is committed to preventing underage gambling, money laundering, and fraud. Accordingly, all Players are required to complete a KYC verification process before any withdrawal is processed, and in some cases before certain deposit thresholds are reached.

4.4 Providing false, forged, or misleading documentation during the KYC process constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
All deposits to a paca91 account must be made using a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Accepted deposit methods include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit is Rp 10.000 for e-wallet methods and Rp 25.000 for bank transfers. paca91 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name and previously used for a deposit on the account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Verified accounts are eligible for expedited processing, with most withdrawals completed within 3 to 5 minutes. Gold-tier loyalty members receive under-60-second processing on eligible withdrawal requests.
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). paca91 does not accept or issue funds in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion charges incurred outside the platform are the sole responsibility of the Player.
A withdrawal request may be delayed or declined if: (a) the Player's KYC verification is incomplete; (b) there is a pending bonus wagering requirement on the account; (c) paca91's fraud prevention system has flagged the account for review; or (d) the Player has not made a qualifying deposit within the current account period. paca91 will communicate the reason for any withdrawal delay via the registered email address within 24 hours of the withdrawal request.
6.1 paca91 offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a welcome bonus for new Players and ongoing reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the promotional communication in addition to the general bonus conditions below.
6.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms, all bonus funds are subject to a 30× wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of Rp 500.000 requires total wagers of Rp 15.000.000 before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable real-money funds.
6.3 Wagering Period: Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 14 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the account. Any bonus balance remaining at the expiry of this period will be automatically removed from the account.
6.4 Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games (excluding progressive jackpot titles) typically contribute 100%. Live casino games including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack contribute 10%. Sports bets contribute 100% where the minimum odds are 1.50 or greater per selection. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and sabung ayam (virtual cockfighting) markets contribute 50%. The current contribution table is published on the promotions page within the platform.
6.5 paca91 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Suspected abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to matched betting, bonus farming across multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of reload conditions — will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.
7.1 All bets placed on the paca91 platform are final once confirmed. Players may not cancel, edit, or reverse a wager after it has been submitted and accepted by the platform system.
7.2 paca91 reserves the right to void any bet — before or after settlement — in the event of: (a) an obvious pricing error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "palp"); (b) a technical fault that resulted in incorrect odds or game outcomes being displayed; (c) evidence that the outcome of the event was known to the Player at the time of placing the bet; or (d) any match-fixing, corruption, or irregular betting pattern reported by the relevant sporting authority.
7.3 In the event of a disputed bet settlement, Players must raise the dispute within 72 hours of the relevant event's conclusion by contacting support at [email protected]. Disputes raised after this window will not be considered.
7.4 Live in-play betting markets are offered on a best-efforts basis. paca91 does not guarantee the continuous availability of live betting lines and reserves the right to suspend or remove any market at any time without notice. Bets accepted on suspended markets prior to suspension will stand unless a palpable error is identified.
7.5 For togel draw results, paca91 uses the official draw outcomes published by the relevant licensed draw operator. Results are published on the platform within 15 minutes of the official draw time. In the event of a draw cancellation or postponement, all affected bets will be refunded in full to the Player's account.
7.6 For bandar bola (sports bookmaking) markets, Asian Handicap rules apply as standard unless otherwise stated. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require a minimum of three selections and are subject to a maximum combined payout of Rp 500.000.000 per bet slip. Void selections in a mix parlay are treated as non-runners and the bet is recalculated on the remaining selections.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the paca91 platform. Engaging in any of the activities below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:
8.2 paca91 employs real-time fraud detection, pattern recognition, and third-party risk-scoring tools to identify prohibited conduct. Accounts flagged by these systems may be temporarily suspended pending manual review without prior notice to the Player.
9.1 paca91 is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and enjoyable gambling environment. We offer a full suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from the account settings panel, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality-check notifications, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
9.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. Once a self-exclusion is active, the Player's account will be suspended for the elected period and cannot be reactivated early under any circumstances. 9.3 paca91 does not extend credit of any kind to Players. Gambling should only ever be funded from disposable income. 10.1 All content on the paca91 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data compilations, and the overall platform design — is the exclusive property of paca91 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any platform content.
10.3 Any unauthorized use of paca91's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of the Player's license to use the platform and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, paca91 excludes all liability for:
11.2 Where liability cannot be excluded by law, paca91's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of all claims arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to their paca91 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes paca91's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
12.1 paca91 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 paca91 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers — including payment processors, KYC verification services, and fraud detection providers — strictly as necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.

13.1 paca91 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, paca91 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting the updated Terms on the platform and sending a notification to the registered email address associated with each active account.
13.2 Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
13.3 The most current version of these Terms is always accessible at paca91.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which paca91 holds its international gaming license. The application of conflict-of-law principles that would result in the application of any other jurisdiction's laws is expressly excluded.
14.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the paca91 platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved by negotiation within 30 days shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body as designated by paca91.
14.3 Nothing in this clause prevents paca91 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent imminent harm.
14.4 Notwithstanding the foregoing, Players who are residents of Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to domestic legal restrictions. paca91 does not provide legal advice regarding individual compliance with Indonesian law. Players are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction of residence.
